Thank You to Freelance Writing Dreams Readers – 2012 Rocked

blowing thank you kisses

Blowing kisses to all of our readers. We

I’m a little late getting around to it, but I wanted to tell you that we appreciate each and every one of you more than you know. Your comments and contributions to this little experiment of a “writer’s site” have taught us so very much.

We’ve learned about what you want to read (and what you don’t really care all that much about). The advice and personal stories you’ve shared with us have sent our spirit soaring, set our minds to working, and – yes, at times – broken our hearts as we hear of your struggles.

It Only Takes a Spark to Start a Fire

As a few of you know (we’ve kept this under wraps for the most part until now), the Prof and I are truly joining forces in 2013 with the launch of our new company, RebelSpark (RS). Toward the end of 2012, we took a step away from FWD and Medtopicwriter (MTW) to plan our launch of RS. We’ve finally gotten most of the site content developed and have begun to work on the last couple of pieces.

Planning a new endeavor and all that goes with it takes a lot of time, energy, and love – yes, love. We pray that our absence and, consequently, the dearth of fresh Sam & Amy stories on FWD has not left you high and dry. We’re sending all of our RS content and bossy instructions to our mega-genius web developer, Jesse Peterson, this weekend and the beginning of next week. What does that mean? It means we’ll be serving up fresh dishes of Sam & Amy content (some of them with a healthy side of thinly-veiled snark, depending on our mood) starting next week.

Imagine me sending air kisses and making cute lil smooching sounds to each one of you in thanks, while running through a field of tulips. If you want to see what stories did the best on FWD in 2012, who made the most comments, and other fun stats, just click here.

About Samantha Gluck

Samantha Gluck is obsessed with reading, writing, and words (rather than arithmetic!). Always needing to stand out, she didn’t go into medicine like the cool brothers and sisters did. But, Gluck did obtain a microbiology degree, BSN, and finance degree (career student) until Daddy cut off the cash. Now she uses her knowledge and experience as a health care journalist and to write accurate, cutting edge medical stories and content and to grow her business, All Media Freelance, LLC.
